Description

One of the most famous clubs of the Auronza nightlife of the 60s and 90s is precisely the Ciclamino, a structure that all long-standing tourists of Auronzo know well, totally immersed in greenery and far from the road and houses but easy to reach by car at the beginning of the Val da Rin. The building is used as a commercial area on the ground floor with a large open terrace, a room where the bar counter is located, kitchen, two bathrooms and cellar. On the first floor, on the other hand, the destination area is residential with an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, living room from which you can also access a small terrace, bedroom, utility room and two bathrooms. Finally, in the attic part there is an attic.
The whole building needs major renovations in order to resurrect the local historian. The change of intended use of the commercial area is not permitted.
